Pure life energy for young and old! Come to the Family and shake, groove and play! We move the Qi to groovy music and in silence.
In this session we invite you to (re)discover the healing power of Qigong alone or with your family. Our focus is on the family and we want to experience Qigong together in a mindful, happy and strengthened way.
We take you on a journey through the diversity of Qigong, which we start playfully with music. The animal exercises stimulate the imagination and help to transform emotions and experiences. At the end there is a small silent exercise to round off the experience. Your body will feel alive and light afterwards, and a gentle smile will appear on your face.

Qigong helps to reduce stress, improves concentration and strengthens self-confidence.
The exercises are easy to learn. No previous experience necessary.
