The Bavarian Forest National Park and its Czech partner, Šumava National Park, together with other protected areas in the border triangle, form the largest contiguous forest area in Central Europe – also known as the "Green Roof of Europe." At the heart of this region lies the Bavarian Forest Tree Top Walk, offering a unique view of this natural paradise and its diverse flora and fauna.
Children under the age of 14 must be accompanied by an adult. The path is barrier-free, meaning it is easily accessible for strollers and wheelchairs.
Unfortunately, dogs and other animals are not allowed on the path, even on a leash or in a bag. Exceptions: service dogs for individuals with disabilities and care assistance dogs.
You can purchase tickets directly at the entrance or through our online ticket shop.
