As soon as you enter the treetop walk, you leave familiar paths behind and immerse yourself in completely new perspectives. Located in the heart of the Central/Northern Black Forest Nature Park, the walk on the Sommerberg in Bad Wildbad offers unique views of the majestic mixed mountain forest.

Highlights:

1) The observation tower: The highlight of the walk is the 40-meter-high observation tower. Its airy architectural design and wooden construction make it a special experience.  
2) The treetop walk: Stretching 1,250 meters in total (including the ramp in the tower) and up to 20 meters above the forest floor, the path winds through beech, fir, and spruce trees in the impressive mixed mountain forest.  
3) Learning and adventure stations: Information boards along the path provide engaging insights into life in the Black Forest.  
4) The slide: Pure excitement awaits on the 55-meter-long tunnel slide. From the 25-meter-high entry platform, you’ll shoot down on a felt mat – an extraordinary adventure for all ages! The cost per slide is €2.00.  
5) The comic rally: Solve the forest’s mysteries with the help of a squirrel! Designed especially for children and families, participants use a comic booklet and pencil to answer exciting questions about nature and the landscape.
