Picknick in Prater with The Vienna Symphonic Orchestra

To kick off the holidays, the Vienna Symphony Orchestra invites you to a summer open-air concert in the Vienna Prater. Bring your picnic basket and enjoy a colorful concert on the Kaiserwiese in front of the spectacular backdrop of the Vienna Ferris Wheel. The program is a journey around the world in celebration of the 150th anniversary of the Vienna World Exhibition.

Admission starts at 5:00 PM. The first 5,500 people will be granted access to the concert area. The concert begins at 7:30 PM.

The Prater Picnic is suitable for all age groups. For families with young children, we recommend choosing carriers or other transport options instead of strollers due to limited space. Dogs must stay at home.
